Delivery & Returns Information
All orders to mainland UK addresses will be subject to a delivery charge of £9. Most orders will be dispatched within one working day providing stock is available.
Deliveries to offshore UK addresses and some areas of the Scottish Highlands may be subject to a surcharge. Please call 01245 383 511 or email [email protected] to confirm any extra charges. We will confirm in writing with you if there are any additional charges for carriage prior to us dispatching your order.
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday between 9am & 5pm only. Please call us for more information and pricing regarding Saturday or timed deliveries. Please note that premium delivery services are not always available.
Signing for Deliveries
It is strongly recommended that all packages be inspected in front of the delivery driver prior to signing for them as you will become the owner of the goods ordered once they have been signed for. Where this is not possible, it is suggested that the goods are signed for as unchecked, otherwise claims against the carriers for goods damaged in transit are unlikely to be successful. Goods should be refused if they are damaged in transit.
Free Returns & Right To Cancel
We offer free returns on items over the value of £30 which are cancelled within a 14 day period of receipt. The goods must be returned to us unused and in a resellable condition. For items costing less than £30 the cost must be covered by the customer (unless return is due to our error). We recommend using Collect+ or Royal Mail for this.
You have the right to cancel from the moment your order has been placed until 14 days from the date you have received your goods.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel, simply send us an email to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Order Cancellation’. Please include your name, address and order number so we can find and process your cancellation quickly. If your order hasn’t been dispatched you will receive confirmation and your refund within 14 days (although this is usually much quicker).
Collection will be arranged when you contact us to let us know you would like to return your goods. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving back with us.
Goods should be returned to us in a resellable condition with all parts and paperwork, and in the original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights as per the Sale of Goods Act.
Make sure you check your goods when you receive them from the courier and mark on the delivery note if there is any damage. If you don’t have time to check, write ‘order not checked’. If you discover a fault:
In the unlikely instance that your order arrives faulty, email us as soon as possible at [email protected] We will arrange for your goods to be collected, and then we will replace, exchange or refund the product depending on your wishes.
